LICENSING SERVICES

Possibility of carrying out the entire process, or selected phases depending on the client's needs.

DESIGN

Based on the style guide, an original design is generated, respecting the parameters of the licence but always marking a difference with what other licensees may design. This design is adapted to a template with different formats and a base colour guide, which will facilitate its application on any type of product. The same process is used for original designs that do not come from a guide.

APPLICATION

Starting from the template generated in the previous step, or from the material available from the client, the design is applied to the die cut of the product provided by the supplier, respecting the technical and printing characteristics of each item. At the same time, the design required by the guide provided by the licence is applied to the die cut of the corresponding packaging.

MOCK UPS

For each product to which the new design has been applied, a mock up is generated with the maximum possible realism, using photographs or previous samples of the product as a base, which will serve both to complement the licence approval process and to show the design in the catalogue without the need to wait for the physical sample.

APPROVALS

Using the images generated in the previous steps and the necessary information (guide and assets used, etc.), we proceed to the approval by the licence. We can manage this process directly with the corresponding access to the approval platforms, in order to speed up the possible changes to be made in the process, or we can provide the client with the necessary material for this.

SAMPLES

Once the design has been approved by the licensee, we send the corresponding files and instructions to the supplier to make the pre-production samples. Direct communication with the supplier is key to resolve any doubts or corrections that may arise in the process, until an optimum sample for the client’s needs and approval of the licence is ensured.
